Job Summary

Manage region-wide Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and community/economic development risk, translating assessment-area needs into execution plans to meet CRA performance goals. Build and sustain relationships across nonprofit partners, regulators, and internal leaders, and support strategic initiatives for Bancorp Community and Economic Development. Analyze CRA performance data, communicate results to senior management, lead boards/committees and task forces, and oversee charitable contributions to advance low- and moderate-income communities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of region community and economic development execution plan strategies and initiatives to accomplish CRA performance goals for assigned assessment areas.
•Assess community needs and execute the bank’s strategy to build strong communities aligned with CRA and community/economic development priorities.
•Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, nonprofit organizations, internal leaders, and regulatory agencies regarding CRA performance concerns.
•Analyze and present CRA performance reports to region senior management and develop solutions to address performance gaps.
•Take an active leadership role in task forces/projects, represent the bank in the community, and lead or support business development, sponsorships, and charitable contributions tied to CRA outcomes.

Key Requirements

•7+ years implementing/managing Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and community development strategies.
•Extensive knowledge of CRA laws and regulations, plus large-bank experience with CRA consumer products/services and/or community development lending.
•Ability to analyze CRA performance and market data, prepare qualitative/quantitative assessments, and communicate results to different organizational levels.
•Strong project management skills to develop and implement initiative plans across assigned assessment areas.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and a bachelor’s degree required.
