Key Responsibilities

•Drive store sales by implementing customer-focused strategies, managing KPIs, and ensuring promotional offers are executed.
•Oversee daily store operations, administration procedures, inventory control, stock levels, and store layout per brand standards.
•Lead and develop store staff, manage schedules, provide performance feedback, and uphold company dress code and image.
•Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with Store Manager to set and achieve targets.
•Ensure security procedures and confidentiality of employee information, and act with integrity.

Key Requirements

•3+ years progressive experience in a customer-centric role with strong management experience.
•Proven leadership skills and ability to manage staff and drive performance.
•Track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPI targets.
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field is preferred.
•Excellent problem-solving and customer engagement abilities.
