Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive store sales by implementing customer-focused strategies, managing KPIs, and ensuring promotional offers are executed.
  • •Oversee daily store operations, administration procedures, inventory control, stock levels, and store layout per brand standards.
  • •Lead and develop store staff, manage schedules, provide performance feedback, and uphold company dress code and image.
  • •Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with Store Manager to set and achieve targets.
  • •Ensure security procedures and confidentiality of employee information, and act with integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years progressive experience in a customer-centric role with strong management experience.
  • •Proven leadership skills and ability to manage staff and drive performance.
  • •Track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPI targets.
  • •Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field is preferred.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and customer engagement abilities.
