Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess client environments and challenges, and develop structured approaches to discover, design, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to desired benefits and outcomes.
  • •Analyse, define, and document findings and recommendations in reports across different stages of client engagements.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client representatives, working with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.
  • •Deploy established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring them to specific circumstances and engagement needs.
  • •Lead business generation activities (bids and proposals) alongside senior management, and provide line management and development of direct reports as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls with relevant experience and a strong understanding of project controls principles (planning, organization, discipline, consistency, reporting, communication, and risk management).
  • •Experience delivering major capital projects/programmes in one or more roles within a PMO/controls & performance environment (schedule, cost, risk, change, or performance reporting) in the infrastructure sector (including defence, nuclear, rail, airport, highways, utilities) or similar.
  • •Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Experience supporting the development of integrated controls & performance processes and digital solutions to create a ‘one version of the truth’ for leadership decision-making.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365 and familiarity with tools such as Visio, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and controls & performance software such as Oracle Primavera, PRISM, and Power BI (or similar).
