Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on mechanical or electromechanical design experience taking hardware from concept to volume production; Bachelor’s or master’s in mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
  • •Deep expertise in 3D CAD (SolidWorks or NX), GD&T, tolerance analysis, structural and thermal analysis, and materials selection/sealing principles.
  • •Proven experience applying DFM, DFA, requirements management, and failure analysis across injection molding, CNC machining, and sheet metal processes.
  • •Analytical problem-solving with understanding of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and product development methodologies.
  • •Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills (including willingness to use AI tools to boost engineering productivity).
