Job Summary

Ensure daily laboratory and QA operations in compliance with HSE standards and Goal Zero, conducting quality control tests on incoming materials, in-process and finished products, and customer samples. Support the QA Manager with site quality systems, release validated test reports, oversee shift activities, and maintain lab equipment and 5S practices. Perform audits and documentation updates aligned with ISO standards, support new product trials, and manage SAP-related T-code activities for timely clearance.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure daily lab operation in compliance with HSE regulations and standards to achieve Goal Zero.
•Conduct quality control testing for incoming materials, in-process, final products, and customer samples during shifts.
•Ensure accurate testing procedures through validation and verification; review and release test reports with the QA Manager’s guidance.
•Oversee shift activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and maintain 5S in QA lab areas.
•Perform audit compliance and monthly document matrix updates per ISO standards; support SAP-related T-code activities for timely clearance.

•Follow Health, Safety and Environment standards and rules in daily lab/QA operations to achieve Goal Zero.
•Conduct product quality testing for masterbatches and polypropylene compounds, including in-process inspections and customer sample testing.
•Execute validated and verified testing procedures; review and release test reports under the guidance of the QA Manager.
•Maintain and verify lab equipment operations and coordinate with maintenance when issues arise.
•Maintain quality system compliance and documentation updates (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015) and support audit readiness.
