Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep clients informed from initial contact through vehicle handover and greet incoming service clients while answering calls and directing questions.
  • •Perform inspections and vehicle check-ins, identify/report damage or wear, and document transport damage on PDI vehicles in the Bill of Lading.
  • •Coordinate loaner agreements and convenience transportation as needed, including rental requests and arranging Lyft rides.
  • •Review and revise work orders after technicians complete tasks to ensure accurate documentation and time punches aligned to labor operations.
  • •Ensure work meets Lucid quality standards before return, manage warranty claim rejections, and handle service authorization signatures and customer invoice/payment workflows.
