Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles directly to customers using custom car haulers.
  • •Load and unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure it is safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Support coverage for a rotating schedule of days off while working 11am–9pm availability 7 days a week.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional extreme weather exposure.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Requires high and low levels of movement (reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, squat) and ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • •Must be at least 21, possess a valid driver’s license, and pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card; role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
