Job Summary

Lead the development and validation of predictive and machine-learning models to answer prescriptive business questions. Create inferential/statistical and prescriptive analyses for complex, broad-impact problems; recommend solutions and continuously improve data procedures and efficiency. Partner with data stewards and business stakeholders, coach others on modeling and data best practices, and communicate technical findings to senior, non-technical audiences.

•Create and leverage predictive and prescriptive models using inferential statistics and advanced analytical techniques to solve business problems.
•Own large, complex analyses with broad implications; recommend solutions based on context, connections, and conclusions.
•Review deliverables and coach others on approach, work product, and data/modeling methods.
•Lead and evangelize best practices for capturing, retaining, and improving data procedures to increase efficiency.
•Coordinate with data stewards, anticipate process needs, assess modeling risks, and communicate observations to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics, financial engineering, data sciences, predictive modeling) with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years.
•Expertise creating predictive and prescriptive models using statistics and advanced mathematical/computer science techniques.
•Strong data literacy, including best practices for capturing and retaining data and comparing competing analysis methods.
•Experience leading via partnerships and setting standards for data analysis tools, techniques, and compliance.
•Ability to communicate technical theories, observations, and models to non-technical audiences and senior executives.
