Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling and engage in outside sales activities such as Membership Advantage presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions, participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, and support opening/closing of the financial center as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to handle sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
