Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform a wide variety of office duties including coordinating meetings, typing, filing, telephone coverage, greeting and directing customers, handling mail, and managing office supplies.
  • •Administer and monitor local invoices through InvoiceWorks and disseminate as necessary.
  • •Troubleshoot and escalate office technology issues, including telephone and copier machines.
  • •Track and ensure employees complete onboarding duties and maintain employee files and station meeting plans.
  • •Assist with payroll processing in Workbrain, manage records (including OSHA-related items), and support budget preparation and reconciliation.
