Serve as a Retail Personal Banker II by completing a 9-week onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations and Sales & Service, followed by a certification. Build customer profiles using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment, promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, and cross-sell to deepen relationships. Meet production and customer experience goals, manage referrals with business partners, and maintain risk ownership and confidentiality. Travel for training is required.
