Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain rule-based systems using a custom DSL with ANTLR, including grammar definition, parser generation, and runtime execution.
  • •Build decision engine and execution systems in Java to evaluate and process business rules at scale.
  • •Develop Python backend services that support collaborative rule authoring, API integrations, and platform tooling.
  • •Engineer high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines with Apache Kafka and optimize SQL/data models for real-time reporting using BigQuery/Bigtable.
  • •Run and monitor cloud-native services on GCP with Kubernetes (GKE/Dataproc), maintain comprehensive test suites, and participate in on-call to triage and resolve production incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science/Software Engineering or a related field plus 3 years of experience in the job or related occupation, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years.
  • •Java experience building decision engine, rule execution systems, and DSL runtime environments.
  • •Experience designing and developing rule-based systems using custom DSLs with ANTLR or equivalent parser-generator frameworks.
  • •Experience designing and developing Python backend services for collaborative rule authoring, APIs, and platform tooling.
  • •Experience with GCP for cloud-native applications at scale (including GKE/Dataproc) and relational/cloud data technologies such as MySQL, BigQuery, and Bigtable.
