Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate Flash and/or Roll Dryer line equipment, troubleshoot and inspect issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Prepare batches per SOPs and monitor operation (including from control room computers, if applicable) to maintain production rate and quality specifications.
  • •Perform sampling and in-process testing per SOPs, complete required reports, and ensure finished product quality parameters meet batch sheets.
  • •Complete sanitation procedures and documentation, follow safety procedures, and perform operator-based maintenance checks (and write work orders as needed).
  • •Load/unload trucks and railcars, package materials, maintain inventory, handle chemicals as appropriate, restock supplies, and back up other dryer operator.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Must be able to safely perform job duties and work rotating 12-hour shifts (7 days on/7 days off), including holidays and weekends.
  • •Must be able to pass required pre-employment assessments, background check, and physical/drug screen.
  • •Read, write, and speak English.
  • •Forklift experience (or ability to obtain forklift certification); computer literate; SAP experience is a plus.
