Key Responsibilities

•Manage the development of commercial and government-type proposals, negotiations, licenses, contract execution, and day-to-day administration; provide guidance to senior management on contractual and business issues, rights, obligations, and risk mitigation.
•Provide sound contract management to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply with company policies.
•Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed within the overall contract scope.
•Develop and enhance positive customer relationships for contractual matters to resolution while coordinating with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive closure on complex issues.
•Communicate with senior leadership on strategic matters and provide guidance on contractual and business issues, rights and obligations, and risk mitigation.

Salary: USD 132,400 - 251,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience.
•Experience with U.S. Government and/or Defense-related Contracts Management/Administration.
•Experience with FAR/DFARS clauses or other customer supplemental contracts.
•Experience with U.S. Government acquisitions and/or proposals, including sole-source and competitive activity.
•U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI security clearance (current) required on day 1.
