  • •Post fastest with speed and accuracy during market events, halts, and listings—without relying on vibes.

  • •Own public formats such as AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches, competitions, and post-mortems when issues occur.
  • •Close the loop with Product using receipts, then report outcomes to the community; measure impact with sentiment, share of voice, and retention.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade actively and confidently discuss trading concepts like funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage, and latency.
  • •3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience (crypto/fintech/gaming/dev tools).
  • •Write fast and well for both short-form and long-form content that withstands scrutiny.
  • •Handle crypto community pressures with thick skin; de-escalate without being corporate and know when to push back.
  • •Build something from the ground up and operate without a brief in a fast-shipping, reorganizing environment.
