Apprentice Service Technician

Learn to service and maintain refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment while delivering exceptional customer service on customer site visits. You’ll study toward Refrigeration and Air Conditioning NVQ levels 2 and 3 and support Planned Preventative Maintenance, customer breakdowns, warranty work, and hire/commissioning tasks. The role includes using diagnostic software and apps, completing reporting for invoiced work orders, and coordinating updates with service desk, supervisors, and regional teams.
