Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of HR Operations programs and services globally.
  • •Support refinement and optimization of global HR service offerings using operational data from multiple geographies.
  • •Collaborate with HR Operations Specialists and internal partners worldwide to ensure consistent HR process execution.
  • •Maintain operational governance by documenting policies/processes, adapting locally where required, and ensuring consistent application.
  • •Monitor and report global operational metrics and analyze regional trends/outliers to inform HR leadership decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Significant, progressive experience in HR Operations or a related HR function in a tech company, supporting multiple countries/regions.
  • •Up-to-date knowledge of multi-jurisdictional HR compliance, employment law, and regulatory requirements, including mitigating compliance risk.
  • •Strong analytical skills to translate global operational data into actionable insights.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones.
