Key Responsibilities

  • •Explore founder themes focused on decision-grade ground truth for lenders, insurers, regulators, and infrastructure operators.
  • •Build and commercialize solutions such as utility wildfire-grade condition networks, dam/bridge diligence platforms, or BEAD fiber as-built certification and capture services.
  • •Develop ICP and ignite the sales pipeline using a validation partner and studio playbooks.
  • •Execute a GTM strategy to reach $50–100K ARR and deliver the right MVP for early traction.
  • •Attract, hire, and lead world-class teams while collaborating with the studio’s operating team on business design, product development, growth, recruiting, and legal.
