Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of Candlelight concerts production, including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • •Create and manage production timelines to ensure teams stay on schedule.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment and execution in the Nordics.
  • •Optimize production costs and processes; manage third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates.
  • •Secure event permits, meet insurance requirements, and handle venue research and booking; also manage administrative tasks like expense reports and invoicing.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in event production, ideally in live events and experiential marketing.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

  • •Experience negotiating and managing contracts and budgets.
  • •Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Gantt charts) and strong organizational skills.
