Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units.
  • •Sequence and prioritize items for inspection, accountability, and storage.
  • •Track turn-ins from initial receipt through final disposition and maintain audit-ready records.
  • •Review and validate supply documents and ensure timely, accurate data entry into Army systems.
  • •Coordinate with warehouse and transportation staff for storage, tagging/segregation (including HAZMAT), and shipment scheduling/loads.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience.
  • •Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience in equipment turn-in or supply support activities (SSA).
  • •Familiarity with Army supply regulations and documentation/condition coding requirements.
  • •Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing) and strong document processing skills.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public Trust) eligibility.
