Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with Project Control Lead to process new contracts, modifications and job closures, and support insurance verification where applicable.
•Assist with project setup and input of Work Breakdown; coordinate Work at Risk (WAR) and Revenue at Risk (RAR) forms as needed.
•Support Project Controls Lead by inputting project information into the company system and developing proficiency with the system, including cost adjustments and coding accuracy reviews.
•Review invoices for consistency with contract requirements and rates; interface with Billing and accounting staff as needed.
•Support project closeout activities and coordination of final invoices, closeout of sub agreements, and input of final EAC.
