Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical authority for ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, driving coverage expansion, troubleshooting, and optimizing CMDB and service mapping data quality.
  • •Develop and maintain ServiceNow Discovery by improving discovery coverage, data quality, patterns, schedules, and automation across the CMDB.
  • •Maintain Discovery and resolve issues, including service mapping for the Tyson portfolio.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization for high availability and performance.
  • •Automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet, and integrate infrastructure-as-code practices with DevOps teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure management, network administration, or system engineering.
  • •Advanced knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping on the ServiceNow platform.
  • •Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and improving CMDB coverage, data quality, discovery patterns, schedules, and automation.
  • •Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including reporting and PA knowledge.
  • •Proficiency with scripting languages and knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
