Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead 24/7/365 operations of critical site infrastructure (electrical distribution, mechanical/liquid cooling, fire/life safety, and building controls) and ensure availability against customer SLAs.
  • •Own site safety with HSE, including hazardous energy control, electrical safety, and LOTO discipline across employees and contractors.
  • •Build and lead the full site team, covering shift coverage and on-call rotations, while driving performance and development.
  • •Run hardware and network repair operations, including ticket queues, triage/prioritization, break-fix, RMA workflows, and time-to-repair.
  • •Run incident and change management, act as escalation point for severity response, deliver 5- and 10-day root cause analyses, and drive corrective actions.
