Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping activities at the mixing center, including gate monitoring, appointment scheduling, dock assignments, document verification, and dispatch of completed orders. Prepare bills of lading, audit paperwork for accuracy, and manage delivery/shipment communication with customers and 3rd-party warehouses. Follow GMP, safety, and food safety policies while supporting KPIs and daily filing of shipping records using WMS/information systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate inbound and outbound activities, including gate monitoring, appointment scheduling, dock assignment, and shipment dispatch.
•Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading) and ensure inbound/outbound paperwork is complete and accurate.
•Assign unloading priorities to minimize shortages and achieve fill rate goals.
•Communicate and schedule deliveries/shipments to 3rd-party warehouses and partners with internal/external customers for on-time delivery.
•Support department KPIs and handle daily filing/storage of shipping paperwork; collaborate with Taskers to prioritize work.

Key Requirements

•Competent with WMS systems (JDA Red Prairie preferred).
•Ability to follow standard work and established warehouse procedures.
