Job Summary

Build strong relationships with retail and business customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Recommend solutions aligned to each customer’s goals while maintaining an excellent digital-first experience. Partner with branch teams to open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications, using available tools to drive operational accuracy.
