Job Summary

Deliver THAAD System technical training for Saudi Arabian (KSA) personnel at Ft. Bliss, including New Equipment Training (NET), technical concepts and operations, air battle management, and missile technical escort training. Teach and evaluate effectiveness using established instructor guidelines, KSA training program documentation, IETMs and technical manuals. Run training sessions and product demonstrations, develop training evaluation criteria, and support instruction under direct customer supervision, with potential overtime and nonstandard shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide THAAD individual training for KSA personnel at the Ft. Bliss THAAD training facility.
•Utilize KSA THAAD tactical equipment and government-furnished training devices to conduct training sessions.
•Instruct courses aligned to KSA Training Program Structure Document (TPSD) and developed training plans, sequenced for collective training.
•Teach THAAD system/component overview, TFCC functional operations, launcher functional operations, and associated maintenance/troubleshooting and remove & replace procedures for THAAD communications equipment.
•Instruct THAAD Doctrine, system behavior and engagement operations, missile technical escort training, and THAAD Battery Support Center (BSC) operations.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 70,973 - 120,692

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or 5 years direct related work experience.
•Previous experience on the THAAD or PATRIOT Missile Defense System.
•Experience and knowledge of US Army Air and Missile Defense Force and engagement operations.
•Be a U.S. citizen and possess and maintain a SECRET clearance.
•Pass a background check to include criminal and credit.
