Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute QC/QA control monitoring and testing plans for the Private Bank commercial lending workflow.
  • •Perform quality control reviews of loan transactions, lending files, and operational processes; validate accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • •Identify errors/deficiencies/control breaches, document findings, analyze defects and root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Support credit risk identification, measurement, and mitigation; monitor/report asset quality metrics, KRIs and KPIs, and execute inspection/testing plans.
  • •Partner with business leaders on targeted risk initiatives, synthesize data into risk insights, provide governance/control framework support, and drive process improvement and risk culture.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of experience with Portfolio Management, Credit Risk and/or Credit Review issue management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics (or equivalent).
  • •7 years of analytical and problem-solving skills focused on Commercial & Industrial loans, Commercial Real Estate loans, and Private Equity/Venture Capital loans (including root cause analysis and data interpretation).
  • •Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
