Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in overseeing construction crafts/trades within an assigned area and provide support to the field organization.
  • •Assist with planning and coordination of subcontractor activities, monitoring work performance, and helping ensure project plans and schedules are followed.
  • •Review manpower, material, and equipment requirements and support updates to project pre-plan elements including CPM schedules and work sequences.
  • •Maintain construction records using the current construction management system, including daily diaries, project logs, and retrieval of RFIs and submittal logs.
  • •Assist with safety program compliance and ensure OSHA safety and record-keeping requirements are followed on the job site.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Plumbing, Building Technology, or a similar major.
  • •Desire to work and learn in an MEP environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
  • •Mechanical experience and MEP experience are highly preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience working on a live construction site and engaging with multiple trades on a construction project.
