Job Summary

Own weekly product supply prioritization by translating fast-changing customer demand into a defensible plan that drives revenue and margin. Partner daily with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to balance orders, sales forecasts, and supply, while analyzing historical data, trends, and customer insights to protect commitments and reduce excess inventory. Build and leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, speed analysis, and improve planning at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and speed up analysis.
•Own the weekly supply prioritization plan balancing customer orders, sales forecast, and supply to meet revenue and margin targets.
•Analyze historical data, product trends, and customer insights to protect commitments and minimize excess inventory.
•Partner daily with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to match supply with demand and resolve escalations.
•Support the broader sales and operations planning process.

Key Requirements

•High proficiency with AI, including demonstrated use of AI tools or automation to improve workflows and solve problems.
•Strong critical thinking to break down ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions with data, and recommend practical solutions under pressure.
•Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets; familiarity with other data or scripting tools is a plus.
•Excellent communication skills to make complex ideas clear for any audience.
•Supply chain or operations experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
