Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement the quality vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with business goals.
  • •Oversee and continuously improve the QMS, ensuring compliance with relevant certifications and audits.
  • •Ensure compliance with industry standards (RoHS, REACH, CE, UL) and customer-specific requirements, including customer feedback handling.
  • •Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issues; improve product quality metrics (FPY, PPM, COPQ).
  • •Manage and mentor quality assurance and quality control teams; drive supplier quality development and incoming inspection protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in quality leadership roles within manufacturing.
  • •Deep knowledge of quality tools including PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Six Sigma, and GT&D.
  • •Proven experience with ISO standards, regulatory audits, and customer quality systems.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing and experience with ERP/digital quality systems.
