Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently prepare and present CSA cost estimates and quantity take-offs, supporting commercial management of ground-up commercial/industrial campus work.
  • •Advise clients on estimating strategies, manage vendor prequalification, assess bids, bids leveling, and bid interviews/appointment processes.
  • •Evaluate contractor/subcontractor tenders and produce commercial recommendations.
  • •Review, validate, and negotiate variations, change orders, and compensation events, including side-by-side cost comparisons.
  • •Perform reviews of change orders by validating quantities, rates, and scope alignment with contract documents and standard industry practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in a Quantity Surveying and/or estimating role in the construction industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
  • •Experience supporting cost management on medium or large sized construction projects.
  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is valuable.
