Key Responsibilities

•Manage NDA requests, track status, and ensure execution across the organization (Malbek CLM)
•Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs and related commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements) and identify risk
•Oversee NDA lifecycle from intake to renewal/termination and maintain templates and negotiation playbooks
•Maintain corporate governance and entity records, including global subsidiaries, annual filings, and board/secretary documentation
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Sales, Treasury, Finance) and respond to information requests while ensuring timely compliance

Key Requirements

•5+ years of corporate paralegal or contracts manager experience in a large corporate in-house environment
