Key Responsibilities

•Automate deployment and retraining of ML models from training through production inference, building and managing CI/CD/CT pipelines (Continuous Training)
•Build, fine-tune, or use pre-trained LLMs or ML models and evaluate AI/ML solutions for the product
•Implement model versioning, lineage tracking, and auditing for security and ethical compliance
•Continuously monitor the health and performance of production ML models and manage retraining cycles
•Serve as the bridge between Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate ML solutions across the product and organize IaC-based infrastructure

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience creating, deploying and scaling ML solutions in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure) and using tools such as SageMaker, Glue, Lambda, Docker to create ML models and data pipelines
•7+ years of programming experience in AI/ML languages (e.g., Python, Scala)
•4+ years developing deep learning and traditional ML models with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, scikit-learn
•Strong applied data science skills with ability to select appropriate ML approaches and evaluate model performance
•Experience with Generative AI approaches (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Stable Diffusion APIs) and REST APIs
