Senior UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to manage ongoing production support and project-based implementations/enhancements. Stabilize systems, resolve complex issues, and lead new initiatives within the UKG Pro WFM environment, balancing production support with implementation projects while engaging stakeholders and ensuring accurate timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance configurations.

Key Responsibilities

•Stabilize UKG Pro WFM systems, resolve complex issues, and lead new initiatives within the WFM environment.
•Manage both ongoing production support and project-based implementations/enhancements.
•Diagnose and debug WFM configurations, ensuring accurate timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance.
•Coordinate with stakeholders, manage incidents, and communicate effectively throughout projects.
•Configure complex pay rules and accruals and ensure production stability and compliance.

Key Requirements

•6–10+ years of experience in Workforce Management solutions.
•4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions / Kronos).
•Strong expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance.
•Complex pay rule and accrual configuration.
•Production support and incident management.
