Job Summary

Lead end-to-end merchant acquiring and financial institution implementations for large or technical clients, from initiation through closure. Own project plans, schedules, resource activities, and funding to deliver timely, compliant, high-quality launches. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage project delivery processes, including risk, issues, and scope change control. Serve as a primary client/vendor contact and trusted advisor translating business requirements into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide functional or process leadership for implementations and conversions, leading complex work streams.
•Coordinate and execute project plans, schedules, resource activities, and funding to ensure on-time delivery while managing trade-offs.
•Manage internal and external resources and allocate/track resource utilization across projects.
•Drive implementations and project/program phases, providing direction and guidance for medium-sized projects or multiple small projects.
•Assess business needs through feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses, and manage project methodologies including schedule, risk, issues, and scope change control.

Key Requirements

•4-7 years of experience in an applicable field.
•Experience managing project/resource schedules, funding/prioritization, and delivering projects (medium-sized projects or multiple small projects).
•Experience conducting feasibility studies and scheduling analysis to make recommendations using business case analysis.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills interfacing professionally with all levels of management and staff (internal/external).
•Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity with tactical follow-through.
