Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise Problem Management for recurring and high-impact incidents by facilitating Problem Review Boards and maintaining the Problem Register.
  • •Coordinate comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation after major incidents, validating technical inputs across network, systems, cybersecurity, engineering, application, and infrastructure teams.
  • •Develop and deliver executive-level documentation and reports for USCG leadership, including Major Incident Reports (MIRs), Situation Reports (SITREPs), After Action Reports (AARs), and operational summaries.
  • •Translate complex technical findings into concise, standardized deliverables that meet contractual requirements and organizational policies.
  • •Analyze incident trends and operational performance metrics to produce dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports, and support Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 112,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, or vendor-specific identity certifications).
  • •5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, network administration, service management, technical writing, or related technical disciplines.
  • •Experience performing or coordinating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and developing executive-level technical documentation and reports.
  • •Active Secret Clearance and strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and IT Service Management processes.
