Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose issues and determine root causes and corrective actions using real-time information from makes and models.
  • •Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians and support pick-up/delivery of equipment and parts as needed.
