Key Responsibilities

  • •Check delivery routes and ensure orders are prepared for efficient customer delivery.
  • •Load and prepare the van, ensuring appropriate vehicle safety checks are completed and road compliance maintained.
  • •Provide excellent customer service on the road, including helping customers with their shopping and building rapport.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks when required.
  • •When not out on deliveries, return to the shop to support daily store tasks such as stock replenishment and housekeeping.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Great customer service skills.
  • •Strong time management skills.
  • •Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting crates and moving cages.
  • •Comfortable working independently, self-motivated and adaptable, and able to use IT.
