Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
•Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, follow-up programs, and referrals.
•Educate customers and refer them to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, B2B sales, or military service in an administration/contracting/civil affairs or similar role.
•Licenses: Required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations; subject to additional background check requirements.
•Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking, financial services, retail sales, or B2B sales.
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
•Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, and lending (consumer and business), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
