Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure quality check procedures are in place during every production phase.
  • •Create documentation for quality issues and drive corrective actions.
  • •Create process checklists and coordinate with QA supervisor and manager.
  • •Perform regular quality assessments on incoming vendor materials and outgoing products.
  • •Assist QA leadership with internal audits and audit facilities and distribution trucks; prepare daily and batch reports and positive release reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field.
  • •5+ years’ experience in food manufacturing, including at least 2 years in chocolate, sweets, or confectionery production.
  • •Good knowledge of GMP and food hygiene.
  • •Strong investigating and analytical skills.
  • •Strong knowledge of food safety procedures.
