  • •Inspect product quality and set aside items below standards; alert leads/supervisors of quality or reject conditions.
  • •Notify the team leader of safety, machinery, raw material, quality, preventive/emergency maintenance, packaging, or documentation concerns.
  • •Document production, downtime, and ensure proper labeling and packaging procedures to prevent shipping damage.
  • •Follow production expectations for the bailing machine, make basic machine adjustments to maintain quality, and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Proficient mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools.

  • •Ability to regularly lift/move up to 35 pounds (frequently up to 50 pounds) and use required PPE.
