Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day privacy enquiries from internal stakeholders, customers, and other external parties.
  • •Coordinate and triage privacy requests, including data subject rights requests and privacy incidents, from intake through resolution and appropriate escalation.
  • •Assist business teams in navigating privacy processes and completing required privacy documentation.
  • •Maintain privacy governance documentation such as processing records, knowledge resources, and privacy notices.
  • •Support privacy compliance activities including operational privacy assessments (LIAs/TIAs), maintain privacy tooling/governance platforms (e.g., OneTrust), and coordinate evidence and audit requests; leverage AI enablement tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant privacy experience, including working with GDPR and operational privacy compliance (payments/financial services/fintech beneficial).
  • •Experience working in an in-house legal or privacy team (privacy consultancy or law firm valued).
  • •Familiarity with privacy management platforms such as OneTrust.
  • •Exposure to privacy laws beyond the EU (e.g., US including CCPA/CPRA, Latin America, Middle East & Africa or other global privacy frameworks) is a plus.
  • •Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and strong ownership; ability to translate complex privacy concepts into practical guidance; excellent written and spoken English.
