Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage DeltaV installed base of 40-45 systems across the East region.
  • •Maintain 25-30 Active AMC/Service Contracts for maintenance, including 200–220 site visit days annually.
  • •Billings from allocated sites expected to be 180-200 KUSD; target to generate 25-30 KUSD additional revenue via new service contracts.
  • •Collaborate with team and customers to achieve project objectives and contribute to regional growth.
  • •Drive process improvements and maintain high service standards to ensure operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation/Electrical/ECE) or related field; BE/BTech preferred.
  • •Knowledge of Distributed Control System (DCS) is a basic requirement.
  • •Experience with DeltaV or similar DCS, and familiarity with metal & mining/chemical/refinery industries is advantageous.
  • •Awareness of cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with AMS and Fieldbus/Profibus/Networking is beneficial.
  • •Ability to collaborate across sites and with customers, and to perform independently under guidance when needed.
