Project Manager III

Oversee and direct project delivery to keep work on schedule and within budget, supporting a large facilities management team and owner project delivery members. Coordinate onsite trade labor activities, assist with sequencing and coordination, and track project progress. Lead design/construction coordination by reviewing plans for coordination/constructability, attending meetings, resolving issues, and preparing minutes and reports. Manage project schedule, cost, change management, submittal approvals, and project records through closeout.
