Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze machines utilization and improve/ensure quality output.
  • •Maintain overall production efficiencies for assigned workstations.
  • •Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards.
  • •Work with equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet product requirements.
  • •Use AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness and share AI-enabled enhancements within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
  • •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
  • •Be self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive for growth.
  • •Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • •Be comfortable with 12-hr shifts (including night shift) and demonstrate baseline digital fluency/AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly.
