Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead APAC Recruiting operations, creating scalable processes and infrastructure across key APAC markets.
  • •Manage a team of APAC-based recruiters across G&A/Core, GTM, and Tech, with dotted-line relationships to global recruiting leads in the US.
  • •Develop localized talent acquisition strategies in partnership with Head of International Recruiting and APAC regional/country leads.
  • •Ensure recruiting compliance across varied regulatory environments and data privacy requirements for each market.
  • •Establish recruiting metrics and reporting, drive senior-level searches, and champion DEI initiatives within local cultural contexts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years leading recruiting teams in APAC or multi-country Asia Pacific environments.
  • •Proven experience building recruiting functions from the ground up in new APAC geographic markets.
  • •Expertise across recruiting domains (G&A, GTM, and Tech) to recruit for multiple functions and levels.
  • •Strong understanding of employment law, data privacy, and compliance requirements across Japan, Korea, Australia, India, and Singapore.
  • •Ability to operate strategically at leadership level while executing hands-on recruiting for senior positions.
