Cost Manager (Pre-contract)

Manage pre-contract cost management for assigned projects, including cost planning, estimating, budget development, and tender documentation using NRM, POMI, and CESMM. Conduct risk assessments, develop contingencies, analyze costs to identify value engineering opportunities, and produce transparent reporting with corrective recommendations. Support cost-effective solutions using CostX, ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements, and help refine UAE market cost benchmarks.
