Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product change management (PCM) and control unreleased product approval and ECO approval.
  • •Implement PCN processes with Global Product Support and provide guidance on field service impacts of part/supplier changes.
  • •Maintain accuracy of customer-shipped configurations and BOM accuracy; run CaRM review meeting BOM accuracy.
  • •Own common modules roadmap and implement post Phase 5 of ePLC, including component roadmaps for obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction.
  • •Facilitate intercompany communication to align product strategies, pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders; manage strategic vendor issues and all product changes after release.

Key Requirements

  • •Conceptual and practical expertise in product change management processes for common platforms.
  • •Knowledge of CSG common platforms used by FEP including Producer and Centura ACP.
  • •Some knowledge of AMAT internal EFEM 6.xA and 6.xN FI systems.
  • •Ability to track CSG-related observations (Obs) and implementation plans on FEP products and follow CSG ECRs that impact FEP products.
  • •Guide cross-functional stakeholders and support intercompany coordination for product strategies, pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders.
