Customer Sales Associate

Serve as a trusted advisor for customers at Trane Supply stores, helping resolve parts and equipment issues and recommending the right solutions. Support sales growth by identifying related products and add-on extensions, process orders and respond to inquiries with high accuracy, and manage quote/invoice and fulfillment follow-through. Keep current on Trane product knowledge, offerings, and promotions, and assist with inventory/warehouse tasks as needed while providing excellent service by phone and in person.
