Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the CI/CD foundation for AI-assisted and agentic development, including hardened pipeline gates, automated rollback, testing, security scans, and regression guards.
  • •Provide safe, fast inner-loop development with ephemeral per-PR environments and isolated databases seeded with realistic data.
  • •Build centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting across AWS so teams get visibility and bad deployments roll back automatically.
  • •Lead security engineering: remediate vulnerabilities, establish secure-by-default patterns, and automate code scanning, secrets management, and access control.
  • •Migrate AWS resources to Infrastructure as Code, separate production and pre-production accounts, and stand up tested backup/disaster recovery with defined RTO/RPO targets.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional software, infrastructure, DevOps, platform, or site reliability engineering experience.
  • •Hands-on AWS production experience (IAM, Lambda, networking, multi-account organizations) and Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
  • •Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, buildkite) with automated testing, static analysis, coverage enforcement, and safe release patterns like blue/green, canary, feature flags, and reliable rollbacks.
  • •Strong Python development across services/tooling and working familiarity with JavaScript stacks plus containerization and orchestration (Docker with ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes).
  • •Cloud security posture management (CSPM) and observability experience (centralized logging, metrics, tracing, alerting) using tools such as Sentry, Datadog, CloudWatch, or Grafana.
